I asked my monthly question about "Please give me insights about when will I get a paid job". I got hex 57 unchanged. Doesn't sound like any great advice or answer was given. Not sure if I should ask iching again. Anyone could please help?

I would suggest that you expect to make multiple inquiries and make an effort to learn something new in each attempt.

Thanks. I asked the question slightly different today: "Please give an idea about getting a job", I got hex 12.3 to hex 33. Very bad hexagram. However, sounds like my current situation though. I am working unpaid right now, they said they are doing paper work that takes long time to get funding to hire us and they can't guarantee. So the hexagram is kinda telling me to leave the current job? But the only reason I stayed there is because I don't have other jobs, otherwise I would've left already. So I don't think I can take the advice and 'retreat'.

Indeed, hex 12.3 does not look good at all.

However, it does suggest your current state/ situation. You are not as motivated as you would like to be. It is of no fault of yours. This recession will recover when.... god knows when. And graduates are taking under-qualified jobs. Who is to blame?

All in all, my experience with this changing line suggest that you are not ready to get a job. In your conscious mind, you are desperate in getting one. But, in terms of self-confidence you are not ready for interviews. You think you are, but you are not.

You need to build up your self-esteem. Some interviews are tough and blunt. Some mean interviewers may even attempt to crush your self-esteem during the interviews.

I will not take hex 33 as to leave your current job. On a sensible thought, it would be best to have it as an experience. Many recruiters prefer to see a candidate who is currently working than someone sitting at home writing resumes.... and only resumes...

If I were you, I would ask Yi again (perhaps at the end of the week), "What should I do to get a job?" Or somewhere between the lines. Just one question and nothing more.

Do not get the wrong idea that I am discouraging you to asking Yi more questions or restricting any posts on this forum. My suggestion is that too many questions and casts for one situation can be... rather confusing.

In regards of when you will get a job - you have to meet a "great person". This suggest some form of communication and marketing yourself. Do you know what kind of career you are planning to pursue? Have you spoken to anyone who may provide good career advice?

P.S: Apologies in advance if you have posted details regarding your situation. I have written this reply without the knowledge of your previous posts.

Hope it helps.
