I want to start going to the gym, so I went to the cardiologist for a check up. I've had ectopics in the past due to anxiety, but I practiced Muay Thai a few years ago and another cardiologist told me they where benign because they disappear while working out. The cardiologist where I went yesterday didn't find any ectopics but I had quite a high heart rate at rest (120) and a fairly bad recovery rate. Anyway, it was good enough for amateur sport practice, but he suggested doing blood tests because of the tachicardia. I am pretty sure it was due to anxiety, because that morning I was in a hurry and I'm generally anxious while doing these visits. I had been working all week and I was also really tired and probably had some sleep deprivation.

I normally don't have a fast pulse at rest (I can easily tell by myself with a timer, also being a musician I can tell how many beats per minute by ear :ROFLMAO:). I'm 28 and I don't smoke or drink, but I recently started teaching in highschool and I'm pretty stressed because of travelling and programming lessons for 5 different classes. I'm going to do these blood tests of course, and join the gym. I used to walk a lot and do a little work out at home before moving back to my hometown, where I don't walk that much everyday. I've suddenly changed my lifestyle, sleeping patterns, etc. And I noticed a change in my overall energy.

So, I know I'm out of shape, and I asked I ching "what about my health?": 33.1.6 -> 49
Radical change in my lifestyle? Retreating from stress, finding ways to relax and reduce anxiety? I am that kind of person who fixates on anxious thoughts about health. The kind of visit I went in fact might have been a little bit of an overkill (you normally don't do ecg during workout for an amateur sport certificate).

Hi Phaboo

33 <> 49
'Retiring' through 'Abolishing the Old'

In this oracle Yi is indicating the there is something around the circumstances of your health that needs to come to an end (49). Another name for 49 is 'Skinning' and often it can be found that the thing that has to be removed is a protective cover of sorts, that at one time was of great benefit but has now become outmoded. Times have now changed and new measures need to be introduced appropriate to this new time.

Equally 33 asks for a withdrawal from things that have become stagnant. This withdrawal is not one into passive acceptance but more one active in building new foundations for a future advance. There is something that you have to offer into the situation that only you can decide upon.

33.1 - Initially there may be indecision about what to offer to the situation, however moments of pause or stillness are very often the originating point for a later advancing in the right direction.

33.6 - Just stepping back from a situation, freeing yourself from all the associated negative feelings and habitual traits, can at times be enough in itself. Having stepped back from all that is stagnant and outmoded in your world, means that all that is left on your new horizon can be viewed as fertile land, carrying great wealth for you and of good fortune.

... of course there may be other interpretations that carry more meaning for you.

Good Luck.

33.1.6 retreat is over. Change is potentially there. Find adequate meds to content yourself (sertonine stimulater) and start training everyday a little longer.
