Reading this hexagram it seems I am perceiving threats and conflicts from others in my life which don't exist - and I should relax. I have been at times in some strong debates with friends with regards to political issues and sometimes this has boiled over into some ill feeling. Perhaps this hexagram is referring to this. It could be something I am trying to keep away from me would actually bring benefit and so what I should do is lower my guard somewhat and try to question my own views?
