Hi there!

my situation at work, has escalated and got worse. I have been exposed to verbal mishandling and bad treatment = mobbing.
I have had enough of this situation and want to quit,but not without an indemnization.
I saw a lawyer today, and have asked IC yesterday evening what seeing the lawyer will bring to me in regard to this situation. According to the lawyer I have nothing to be scared of and should get out of this unpleasant and heavy situation asap. Have put together a strategy on how to proceed towards my employer.
Does 61.4 reflect effectively the fact, that as I am doing what really corresponds to my deepest needs ( without adapting anymore, which I was used to before and am not ready anymore to accept)) I will detach myself frrm the "group" my employer in this case, and that the boss, which I see under Hex 10, ( a quite powerful and intimidating personality), even tough menacing, will at the end not harm me??
That's what I personally read in this reading....does anyone have some more details to add?

The H10 indicates that you are playing with a large dangerous beast, i.e., a large corporation, and you should tread carefully.

H61.4 indicates that the resultant splitting action is being made under strong emotional influence ("almost the full moon"), but that the action of leaving is "no mistake."

From the WikiWing: "The team horse goes away, vanishes from sight. A relationship ends; someone separates from their companions and becomes free to go their own way; a realisation that there is no yoke, no necessary connection."

The symbolism for you leaving is so similar to the reading, that it is hard to think it means anything but that. But you asked for "indemnification", and I couldn't tell if you wanted compensation, or just to be indemnified for something they are blaming you for. In either case, I don't see it in the reading.

Hi Tiger and thanks for that!

I will be asking for a meeting with my lawyer to be present as I want to go, but not from the back door. They did not tell me to go, they are just doing everything so that I do it on my own. As emotionally and psychologically I am even under medical treatment since some time, beacuse of them, and I will have to look for a new job, I want to negociate some compensation for the months to come, as they are the cause fo this situation, i.e. the boss himself, and not me doing something specifically wrong. He told me you are too proactive and dynamic.
I would do another tossing on specifically this question and the final result of the HR meeting which will be on upcoming Tuesday.

I see that as quite positive, what do u think?
It suggests me the idea that with my lawyer I get the right support and that we get strong and so I can after a period of suffering finally laugh.

But for example my intuition for interpretation does not see any significance in 22, what could I learn from you concerning that one?

I think you will because you have been persistent and reasonable in your pursuit of justice at Clarity, and I think your negotiations with your boss will go the same way. Labor laws in Switzerland are not as here, and you and your boss are likely to have contractual obligations to each other.

I am a minimalist in divination and think every follow-up question is implicit in the first casting. Hexagram 10 (as I understand it) is the contractual relationship between descendents and ancestral spirits (see Lise on 10.6), which implies that negotiations with your boss will go according to proprieties. However ferocious the boss may have been in the office, before the law you are equal.

Hexagram 22 (as I understand it) is the hexagram of graciousness, and it can smooth your way in dealing with your boss.

My lawyer told me that I have all the means in my hands to get some rest and especially to negotiate what I need.

I feel much better now...even tough I still can't get a quite sleep at night.
I just have to get through that and afterwards it will be fine, and most of all, I can dedicate myself to what I REALLY want to do.

A couple of things that stand out here, in my opinion, is that, as the moon begins to wane after it becomes full, so too, this situation begins to lose its sting as it goes along. Hexagram 10 would indicate that as serious as the situation is, you do not get swallowed up by it. One thing you are going to have to do is find within yourself an "inner freedom" that allows no outside force to demolish it. No matter what happens, you are in charge of yourself.

Now, hexagram 13, line 4. The best possibility of this is that you have a reconciliation. Since that is not really that likely, then we can look at it this way. It can be a stalemate where neither gains ground, but both parties accept the best they possibly can out of the situation. So too, the fifth line speaks of a comprise that if not totally satisfactory, is at least acceptable to both sides.

So I think 22 means a result which is a real result, an end, and not something halfway, no "kind-of" solution. But rather something you can leave behind you without bad feelings. I never see an answer of the Yi as a promise how things will be. It is always a possibility. If you do the things the lines tell you in the right way, you find the best 22 possible. If you don't, it is a warning that you let 22 get lost. So work for this great result, don't expect it as a given.

Actually I just wanted, before putting an end to this endless life changing day, give you my feedback about how it went.
I got exactly the result of the IC tossing. I got a termination of contract from my side, and I got to get what I wanted, we discussed for several hours, but we found a solution convenient to both parties.
I still have not realized what has just happened, but I just know, that I did it, and that the reading was exactly as you all had helped me to read and interpret.
