I have been involved in a lot of business ventures. But, I have never attempted to do something related to my everyday work. I work in talent acquisition for a technology firm. In thinking about what I a) can do and b) would ant to spend time doing, it seemed natural to venture into something I have had success with for many years.

The idea is to add a creative twist to traditional recruitment. What I like about the idea is it uses a tech stack I'm already familiar with, makes use of my skill set, and would allow me to work primarily by myself (I have no desire to have employees).

I simply asked "X" recruitment service? 11.2.3.5.6 to 42.

By the way, I would start this on the side of my full time job as a hopefully, additional source of income.

11.6 confuses me a bit: is it saying it is time to build something new as the old way of doing recruitment work (with big teams {ARMIES} and budgets and tons of applicants who get weeded out) is done? Perhaps it's saying that if I attempt this it will fall apart?

Thank you. I’ve done a lot of reflecting on this and realize that I still have a lot of internal work to do. The amount of energy snd resources needed to launch would add a lot of stress and scatter my energy. Putting this idea away for now.
