If I would made a private reading for you, I would suggest you another aporach.

Make the following dialogue, from general to concrete.. in this order:

a) General Diagnosis of my Labor Time
b) Diagnosis of my concrete situation in my actual job
c) Would it be economically ok for me to resign my actual job?
d) Would it be profesionally ok for me to resign my actual job?
e) Would it be ok for my self-development to resign my actual job?

Only if you arrive to the conclusion that it would be ok for you to quit your actual job, made the following question:
In wich month would be better for me to resign, within the next 6 months?

In every case, I would need to nçknow the day and month when you do the cast of the hexagrams.
