Since moving into my present property the property manager has -
Failed to:
Let me know she had to change the time of our initial appointment - so I was just left waiting
Give me a copy of the lease and the inspection report - until I emailed her but I still waited 2 weeks
Rang me and abused me, telling me I should just let the upstairs tenants use my electricity otherwise the whole town will turn against me because they're so cliquey
Made a set time to do a house inspection after me being here 3 months and she didn't turn up at the scheduled time so when she got here I told her she couldn't come in and would have to reschedule - her anger was palatable as was her email for the reschedule
Told me she'd spoken to the landlord about an electricity issue and she hadn't and him and I had to sort it out 4 weeks later
Told me to call the Emergency Services when I let her know water was coming into my bedroom re all the rain we've had (Fortunately I have the landlords number, let him know and he sent a tradesman out to fix the problem)
This morning she had to ring me and let's just say she was quite unprofessional (nothing new there)

Not once have I said anything about her behaviour because I've seen how quickly she loses her temper and realises it's a waste of time. I did try to talk to her boss about the situation and she just didn't want to know.

What is the best way to progress my relationship with this woman Hex 12.5>35

It looks like it's saying not to do anything and it will sort itself out.

In this line the noble is in a stagnant situation, but with the will to consider a way forward to a better situation where something in common is possible and beneficial for all involved. The stagnation is still present, but the idea of a near end is already in the nobleman's mind/intention.

So:

From your life experience, what ideas might help you (the noble) progress towards a more "synergistic" relationship with the property manager?

Honestly - best to say nothing at all.

I assume you mean how you should act towards her from now on. 12.5 shows the immense frustration you feel because of her aggressive attitude. The situation is dangerous. The line advises to tie something very securely so as to make it stable and save yourself. What could 'tying' mean in this case? I think it means keep solid proof of everything, everything in writing, screenshots of messages, etc, all filed according to date. Keep records and try to communicate via writing only, so as to be 'secure' in your position.

Thanks diamanda - except for the phone call abusing me, everything else is via email so yes there's a 'paper' trail. Even where I did try to sort it out with her boss. I've also started to CC everything I send her to 3 other people in the office.
I'm not doing anything wrong, I look after the house, pay my rent on time and communicate effectively. There is a clause that says they can terminate your lease without reason but they have to give you 3 months notice. Let's hope that doesn't happen regardless.

This woman came and did my house inspection yesterday. There was no angst, she was on her best hehaviour - we chatted about nothing much and she said she'd sort of the small maintenance issues. It was as if all the other bs had never happened.

Glad to hear she behaved!
"It was as if all the other bs had never happened" - classic toxic people hypocricy.

Funny reading this today. This woman got the sack and then the next in line also got the sack after she took over the job.

They pulled a woman in from another office to run property management.
She was awesome.

Awesome turn of events. I got 12.5 and I felt it meant “Move on, let this evil behind, “tie it to the mulberry tree” and leave it behind.” The outcome for your situation is aligned. There’s nothing you can do, the ‘evil/small people” of the situation will be well behind you and separated, for good.

Good call.

I got 12.5, the other day, about doing a study course and I read it as 'tie to this course' and progress will be made.
Interesting isn't it, the different interpretations for each question.

Wow, that’s a turn. Wouldn’t have expected it.
The state of mind is important and the first thing/ association that comes to mind.

If I’m feeling less hopeful and expect rupture, then I’ll read it as sucks.
If you’re seeing “tie to this course” then progress first then subsconsciously you already know it will go well
