This was a query asking about someone's feelings and I've been thinking my question was not thought out the best so will chill on this one.

My feeling is that it is possibly quite possitivly commenting on your own state of mind, in relation to what you made asking the question. 32 is all about duration in the sense of having an acccepting and balanced approach to the usual ups and downs of life, like a boat travelling between two shores. The fact that line one (ability to take no action at all) line 6 (being aware of the danger of arrogance and being overbearing) line 5 (being able to make your own mind up regarding any action in the world) and that this is changing to 32 speaks in relation to this for itself. You are able to be still or moving according to the times.
