The result of this later phase is H50, the Sacred Vessel. This is the vessel to transform the ordinary to the spiritual.

I take it that you are asking a question with large scope, like 'Will things ever improve?' or even 'Will I ever be happy?' You're asking a big, existential question. All beings resonate with their own kind, and this line indicates the emergency of a being who is said to be truly great. He is great because his will and heaven's will have come into resonance.
