30 is a very passionate hex. The past plays a big deal in it.
More accurately, it talks of how we are currently 'appropriating' our version of the past. How our present is 'thinking' of the past. (what you cling to)
one way of looking at this combination, is yi reflecting the massive amount of passionate feeling you have about the subject.
break it down, gonna use huangs way (currently my newest and favouritist book). He states that when three lines move, you look at the middle line. (BTW, this is just one way of doing things, FWI)

I really am looking at the past here. I'm not in a position to get with this person. I was just fantasizing/obsessing about things that could have been. Wondering about how much damage was done in the way things ended. Thinking about if that sort of thing can be overcome, not for any desire to really do so, but thinking about the mechanics of relationships and could something like that be fixed...you know, for next time. Haha.

I'm really really sorry about how you feel, and god knows, I've felt the same way alot of times too
Chances are your still at a stage were you need to feel the regrets, the mistakes you made. Its a part of the process of getting over things and coming back to your own strength and self confidence.
