The line appears to be fortunate, Wilhelm says "the approach is made in spontaneously as its made with inner conviction" I suppose anything is possible that sounds to me like sometimes the way relationships can start

This is quite an interesting line.
Although a phrase in this line is identical (in Chinese) to a phrase in line 15.5, Wilhelm renders them differently.
15.5: "No boasting of wealth before one's neighbor."
11.4: "not boasting of his wealth, Together with his neighbor"
In my practical experience however, this phrase means something else - that someone's neighbours do not benefit the person.
So, to your question:
whether me and X will be in a relationship 11.4 > 34
It depends on if you're 'neighbours'/nearby or not! One of you doesn't like the people in their immediate enviroment, and feels they have nothing to offer. Hence this person hurries elsewhere because that's in their best interests. Because of the mention of "rich", I have found that this line very often actually refers to material benefits of some sort. The person who doesn't feel 'rich' seeks benefits elsewhere, and fast. With the aim of strengthening themselves. It's also interesting that the party who is going to benefit the non-rich one trusts them, hence there are no complaints by the sound of it (i.e. they wouldn't really question the motives of the non-rich one).

Your feedback was spot on. Steve your comment about spontaneity has truth in it too. I spontaneously decided to go to this place where I met X, I was almost not going to go. Thank you to you both.
