Hello folks,

Been looking to move to a different part of town that feels more like "home." I've been fairly patient as there's been so much flux in prices, etc and I want just the right place to flourish in.
I asked: what strategy will be most effective to find my correct home now?
11.5>5

The high/low aspects made me think maybe I have to find a middle ground between price and area. Or continue with being patient and the right one will come along.

"Will I find the right home for me in the near future?"
Hx 1 unchanged

I know there is great energy in Hex 1 and I've been putting energy into looking; perhaps it's confirmation that I will, if I remain active in my efforts and tune into my hunches and impulses. And maybe just go see more places, be constant to bear fruit now.

Thoughts and insights would be appreciated!
Thank you :)

All three hexagrams are favorable for you, as well as the moving line of 11. Eleven reminds you not to be careless, remiss, arrogant, or negligent. The five, while it is generally translated as waiting or wanting, also carries with it the notion that your luck is changing that you can realize your big expectations. The 1 without moving lines is generally auspicious. Just don't be rash or arrogant.

Thank you :) Very useful, your take on hexes 11 and 1 reminded me of key things to remember to focus on to ensure I do find just the right place that fits my particulars and that the process itself is easy on all involved. Thanks icastes!

The best strategy would be to wait until you find the right place at the right price, perhaps a place that is cheap/rundown because with a little ingenuity and effort it can be turned into a palace.

Hex 1 says yes of course you will if you look. Expand your search to include a wider area, and look intensely. Shine your torch into the dark to seek what you desire and look inside, don't judge by outside appearance alone.

Thanks, WF! I'm glad the Yi confirms my initial tactic of waiting until price and place match up so I can continue in that fashion. You've also given me great insight of expanding the search which could mean geographically, but also could mean to look at places I was previously ruling out; as you've pointed out, I can actually go and check a place to find a diamond in the rubble, don't just rule something out from standing too far back. This makes much sense as what's been happening is all the "obviously" desirable places are being snatched up before I finish dialing.
Thank you:)

If one has the money then looking for a perfect house is fine as one can afford to throw the odd million or two at it.

But my approach would be to look for a place that needs fixing up, look at it really carefully, consider the cost of renovating, altering it to your specifications. Then start bargaining with the owner. The perfect places leave no room for negotiation.

marriage of high and low: bargain shopping

WF and icastes-- I think both of your feedback has fleshed it out- the strategy referred to by the 11.5 line.
Blending the interps- not being careless, remiss, rash, negligent nor arrogant in searching, and being more creative about sifting through the choices- fits with bridging the high with low and seeking out the non obvious place, which I can then humbly make my abode. Thank you both, that's brilliant!
