Looking at your reading, what first came to mind for me is, whom we are compatible (fit, get along) with, versus whom we are attracted to can sometimes be two different people.
I get the sense that you 'think' you are - or should be - compatible with someone whom is always caring and always giving and accepting .... whereas you may actually be compatible with (or need, or be better suited with) someone whom has these qualities - AND can also stand firm and be their own person.
And perhaps the crumbling walls and distress of line 11.6 are describing this discrepancy or conflict - though perhaps (and hopefully) using far more graphic or intense words than is actually the case for you?
I hope that's of some use for you.

Hi Marybluesky,Hello;
Bradford's translation: "11.6x The city wall falls back into the moat: One’s own orders (are) confused".
Seems likes it's not time to look for such a person as your values, your inner voices so to speak, aren't ordered, they aren't aligned toward this goal;
or
as you've asked about the type of person you're compatible with, the line says someone without any clear image of what a romantic relationship is, maybe as his previous ideas & orders don't work anymore.
P.S: The Tower tarot card confirms this idea of upheaval- something is reversed, things aren't the way they used to be anymore.
Sounds like someone I could respect and admire.what kind of person am I most romantically compatible with 11.6 > 26
With someone who even after a complete disaster is still able to recover their strength.
