14.2.3.4.6 > 24 My Priority?...

Hope this finds you well.

It's been a tumultuous year inside out, but eventually I have arrived to a resting point: moved to a perfect new home, I am finally at piece with the ending of the most significant relationship in my life thus far, and ready to allow my own identity to emerge all by itself, no man to shape it - if you know what I mean (and if your North Node also happens to be in Aries, then Dear Reader, you most certainly will).

The pivotal part of my identity being my work - writing - I find honouring this to be my greatest challenge. So naturally, I meet this gay and straight away I start dropping my precious writing time (I have children and friends and Job B and stuff) to hang with him, until one day he tells me he needs some space to prepare this exhibition and I practically fall right apart.

It takes a while for me to digest the fact that he's only being my teacher, and showing me the way forward. Plus of course he has no idea WTF's wrong with me, all he knows is that he needs to do his work, so he can play even nicer... And although I like playing with him, I'm too fresh out of a big deep to be in love with him just yet, so the way I think about him ain't making much sense - the usual old stuff trying to integrate.. crap.

So feeling more than a little off centre today, I go back to Yi (I thought I'll give Yi a break and just feel my way around for a bit) to ask what is my priority?

14.2.3.4.6. > 24 looks nice, but being off the said centre, I'm not sure what 24 indicates. I don't resonate with the 'returning to myself" notion, because without wishing to sound overly dramatic (oh who am I kidding...) I actually don't believe I ever really knew how to do/be myself. Not yet, anyway.

Hi Grace heart, Hex 14 be tolerant and generous with yourself and others.
Hex 24 return to self and what you were doing before you allowed yourself to get distracted.

I think 14.2.3.4.6 is cautioning you to recognize your time, energy and focus are your Possessions in Great Measure and therefore to be careful about scattering your resources. 24 as liss says is encouraging you to stabilize, come home, eliminate distractions, lock yourself in the bedroom with your typewriter if need be. If you read the individual lines of 24 it seems to be a commentary on the importance of being brutally honest with oneself (24.5), recognizing where you got off course, so you can 24. Return to 25. Innocence, meaning return to being the person you really are or doing what you intended to do before getting distracted. in other words, don't blame your romance for your lack of productivity - be honest with yourself, you're a writer and we all know a writer will do anything to avoid writing!!!
