Hi dear community,

In 16.5 the ill doesn't die; in most situations means the illness is self afflicted or an illusion, but in another sense could it be that the illness is real, still he is enduring, tolerant?
I asked Yi what are my strenghts and got this line.
Not the courage of worrying a tiger but the kind of fighting spirit of a soldier? Unless he chooses his battles, driven by loyalty to a supreme cause, the stubborness is problematic here.

Any other point of view would be most welcome.

H16 is Thunder over Earth.
H16 is the hexagram of rapture, ecstasy and inspiration. It is the state of surrender (Earth) to rhythm and movement (Thunder), this hexagram shows the archetype of the Shaman. You also find this in the text of the Image where it talks about music and the realm of spirit/God.
Trigram Thunder is the messenger of Heaven, Earth is the mass, a group of people. So H16 also shows the person who is inspired and communicates that in some way.

Based on the above, I think you can figure out for yourself what your strengths are.

The nuclear hexagram of H16 is H39 Obstruction (Water over Mountain). Among other things, this hexagram is about self-reflection (see text Image) and here you can see a reference to the text of the 5th line in H16.
The ill this line talks about has to do with acting too quickly (I want it to happen NOW) without properly considering the consequence of the action. Trigram Thunder with a moving line is like an bull in a china shop.
Lake advises to communicate, seek information, be mindful, and face the world in an orderly and positive way.
The combination Thunder - Lake is about feedback and adaptation.

H45 is Lake above Earth.
H45 is the hexagram of gathering, completing a multiplicity into a whole.It strives to make something complete by supplementing what is missing. This may include, for example, information (Lake) that is still missing.

You can interpret H16.5 <> H45 in 2 ways, I believe:
- H16 as your strenght and the 5th line and H45 as "warning" as a " pay attention to this", make sure you have all the information before you act
- H16 and H45 both are your strenghts and they prevent you from acting to quickly.

This would be my interpretation. As always, take what resonates and leave the rest

Water is a demanding environment

Here my boundaries are kind of concrete dams but I learned that ecologically they are not the best: make me unsensitive. Even if it was once better than being carried away by every current.
