I have recently been having an email conversation with the head of a music department here, I'm trying to find a way that I can study music at third level. My academic qualifications are all art based and so far there's been a block for me studying what I really want to study.

I told him my backstory and he asked me to send some of my pieces to him via email which I did, he hasn't responded yet...

I asked 'will I study music in college?'' 18 1.3 > 41 quite negative? I never know about the lines of 18, how they stem from mothers or fathers decay?

Thanks,

Yx

Alas, Yxeli, I thought you wanted film but settled for art, and here you are after music. Luck of the Irish tells me you'll get it but be better off if you didn't. Anyhow, taking 'father' as past and 'son' as present and future, line 1 suggests that your past adventure into art won't be against you, and line 3, that you will recoup previous lose: 'small regret, No great mistake’, Hilary's says.

True, both these hexagrams are often interpreted as negatives, but one phase of life is as good as any other imo, the main thing being to get through them all.
