2023-Career Move! 49.2 to 43

Dears,
I recently decide to leave my current job situation and look for the next career chapter.
A little of background first: in my current situation I am a partner of a small training company. I really like what I do (training, coaching...) but the environment, for a lot of different reasons, is not more my cup of tea. I don't know yet exactly which route is better ton investigate/follow ( Looking for a different/bigger training company, or a Learning Manager/internal coach, or a Head of learning in a School/academia). So I asked: "How I need to move for my new job?" and I got 49.2 to 43. My interpretation is
49.2 (transformation): be open and assess different things with fresh eyes and the (43) when it will be the moment: GO!
