I think you may decide you don't want to do shamanic journeys and quit it without regret..possibly.

Could this mean not necessarily "evil", but just be refering to your everyday reality?

With a shamanic journey do you have a guru or someone that is your inner guide?

So your spiritual journey may require you to take a different path from your friends and family and in fact perhaps one of the benefits is that it gives you the inner stability to experience reality from a viewpoint totally at odds with the one you grew up with.
"Keeping Still" could be interpreted as meaning meditation. "He no longer feels his body" So again it seems to be saying you will be able to feel yourself, to be able to stay conscious, even when you are no longer attached to this physical world.
52. specifically says "the superior man does not permit his thoughts to go beyond his situation" so
either way, if you decide to continue or you decide not to continue, it appears you cannot be told what the journey will lead to ahead of time.

About line 3 moving, one translation says: "No harm." Other translations say: No error. It's pretty clear that if you do this, you will come to no harm.
