I have had a good client for many years who has been in financial trouble for over a year and we are in the middle of a project together which has accumulated a lot of debt. I have no confidence that he'll be able to pay the debt and the project keeps going, adding costs on my expense. I am thinking of pulling the plug. I simply asked for his name and got 23.4 to 35. It looks to me like I should stop the project now. What do you think?

I agree... it's unfortunate, but the reading seems pretty clear.

It will and he will continue to strip away your resources, which will end the relationship.

Sorry to disagree, this is the other way around. get your money back little by little until he seess progress. Press on until the the success comes. Probably in a string of good proyects. Just don´t let him become a rodent of 35.4. Keep an eye on all finantial activities and spending and take the lead. If there is income, it goes to pay your debt, that way the splitting will end and this wwill become progress.

To clarify, what was your question? Did you say you just said his name?

Thank you, you turned around what seemed to be an obvious answer. I like the nuance in your interpretation.
