26.3 > 41 regarding career success

So I asked the I-ching a few weeks ago whether "I will be successful." My question was regarding my career.

The answer I got was 26.3 > 41.

What do you guys make of this? I see it as some period of success that decreases due to lack of energy. But I'm not sure. I love this forum!!

Its actually good.

i wont go into much detail because readings are long.

in 26.3 you are doing great, having some obstacles but should find path of least resistance and continue moving forward in the best direction.

41 says that you must have self control. and be able to control your desires/feelings/impulses/emotions/actions. once you are able to do that and be sincere in your task, you will be rewarded. your sincerity will reward you well. forget about short term gains and work towards the common good or greater goal and you will be rewarded in the long run.
