26.6 through 11

hello.
I am experiencing a strong disharmony at my workplace. I really would like to get along with colleagues and share the duties with them in harmony, peace and mutual understanding. However i feel strongly unpopular and isolated, and this hurts me a lot because i feel i do my best to make it better and improve relationships. It's not only about work, i need to feel respected and valuated in my environment, because i invest a lot of time and effort there. Very confused fighting with myself because i dont know whether i am the victim trying over and over to gain a lost cause, to get well with people that plainly do not like me for obscure reasons or professional interests, or if is it me how has somehow digged the pit, but i honestly can not understand what have i done wrong to any of these people. I believe i try to be kind and helpful. But maybe i'm just blind and overindulgent towards myself.
So, quite tortured about that confussion i asked "am i guilty, do i deserve this chronic lack of connection and all the gossip?".
Cast: 26.6 to 11. A first reading of the answer brought me a lot of peace and hope. The general reading of 26.6 and 11 is extremely positive and seems to say "it's ok man, no blame, you are blessed and in the right track".
But.... if we stick to the question as it was literally posed, the answer would be very different: a Yes. Yes, it's your (my) fault.
I am supposed to be old enough to go and dig the dirt by myself but i feel very confused at this point and i would really appreciate any advice from wise/good will people around. Do you get the answers as strongly related to the literal question or on a broader view? thanks.

Note how the lines of 26 describe resisting reacting from the lower chakras. If one is able to resist reacting to uncertain circumstances, breath deeply and keep on keeping on eventually you find your inner peace is reflected in your outer world as well.

The line speaks of following the way of heaven, being unobstructed in your movements, and being at peace. So yes, in that sense you are guilty because they don't like this trait of yours, hence they continue their backstabbing gossip so as to devalue you and bring you down. It looks like they are starting to succeed, so please rethink the whole situation. No point in trying to please those who can never be pleased.

Hi Jules, I lost my last job (long story short) because I have a 'shining light'. I got bullied amongst other things - a clear example of someone trying to pull another down.

Hello Jules,

Maybe don't just look at the changing line, but also at the hexagrams and change pattern. The related hexagram here might be what you wish and what you can achieve - be in peace, connected.

26 is the great taming, and the upper line - like the top of the mountain of wisdom. It tells about a person who maybe knows a lot and keeps her knowledge back and together and can release his or her wisdom then and make her light shine.

So if you are thinking about being "guilty" - you would not fulfill this aspiration. You don't deserve any bad treatmeat, and if anything, you are responsible, not guilty. Think about your position in this workplace. It seems to be somehow outside, not in the center, and there will be a question if you can stand this or what you can do.
