Hello

I've Ben with my boyfriend for just over 5 years now. I haven't been feeling the same for the last 6 months or so (there is an awful lot to our relationship and too much to write on here) but I don't want to make a mistake in breaking up with him and regret it afterwards. We live together and have done for 3 years, we have a dog etc and joint financial responsibilities.

I did a reading and asked what the outcome would be if I broke up with him and I was given 27 changing to 41. My moving line in number 27 was line 2.

Can anyone shed any light on this? I'm feeling very confused!

Thank you!

27 "Nourishment" --- Perhaps you are hungry for something the relationship is not giving you at present?
If so, I think the advice from Line 2 may be to find a way to have it filled in this relationship before taking action to leave the relationship. Whatever the outcome, seeking to find ways of having unmet needs filled in a relationship could help you learn new relating skills that could benefit any relationship.

27 invites speaking carefully about your feelings and needs I would think. Have you spoken to your boyfriend about the not "feeling the same"?

Turning to the summit for nourishment.
Deviating from the path
To seek nourishment from the hill.
Continuing to do this brings misfortune.

In this instance "turning to the summit" means that you are desiring an ideal relationship, you are looking at the goal rather than the path and this is causing you to deviate from the path. Try to focus on the everyday task of making your relationship work rather than what it "should" be or "could" be. Do this patiently and modestly and in time the peaceful fulfilment that you seek will come.
