Hi there, I need help with making a decision. I had a mole removed from my face about 15 years ago, and I had a scar that was quite indented. Anyway, when they have to cut a mole out they take quiet a large margin, so there is a puckering at either side of the scar. I have restylane, a filler, put in it every couple of years to fill out the dented scar. Anyway, last time I had it done the doctor put it further up my cheek to lift the puckering. But she overfilled it and it looked weird. The filler reduces a little bit over time, but some of the effect is permanent, because it encourages collagen growth. I am feeling quite depressed about the result. There is an enzyme they can put in to reduce the filler. The trouble with using the filler is that the doctor can't completely control where it goes, so it may eat away natural collagen somewhere I don't want it to. The reading I got for what will happen if I get the enzyme is 27 unchanging, and I know there is a debate about meaning of unchanging hexagrams, so I am not sure how to interpret it in this context. For consulting with the doctor I got 19.2 to 24. Thanks for your help, it is causing me a lot of internal conflict.

For the first reading -27 nourishment-
"The body has superior and inferior, important and unimportant (-or maybe less important instead), nor must we injure the superior parts (natural collagen -perhaps) for the sake of the inferior (enzyme)."
Anyways, it sounds like a big risk of the superior complex for the sake inferior.

The imagery of 27, a mouth, looks like a depression like you are talking about too. So, I would take that as the depression will return. I don't know exactly what you asked about consulting with the doctor, but line 2 mentions that falls naturally follow rises. So, I'm thinking the doctor will advise you to give it a little time. I agree. I've had procedures like yours done before, and sometimes am not thrilled with the result 2 weeks into it, and within a month feel like I could have actually used a little more filler. And collagen, well, some of us wish it was that easy to stimulate collagen production. Check with the doctor for sure, but I can't imagine you will see a permanent change from what you are describing here. How long has it been since you had the mole filled?

Thank you for your responses. It has been about 6 weeks since I had it filled. It has gone down some.... Maybe I should wait and see if it goes down further. I may be making a mountain out of a molehill

 Good one barbaloot! I understand where you are coming from though. I say go for the consult with the doctor. You have some questions, go get them answered. Couldn't hurt. No sense waiting anxiously to see what will happen when you can talk to the doctor and get an educated opinion. Just don't worry, though:). Sounds like you lucked out to me. Got a little extra fill, so maybe it will last longer:).

Thanks, good advice :). Though I read about someone pinching the filled area then pressing on it to smooth it out a bit and that seems to be working.... So crisis averted.

Actually that pinching and smoothing isnt working for some areas... I asked the i ching about the result if I got another doctor at the same centre to do the enzyme. The other doctor usually does the restylane injections and has heaps more experience. I got 49.3 to 17. I think that sounds more promising.
