3.3,5 changing to 36 - one final look at a difficult question

Recently I asked two questions pertaining to a life decision about going back to school.

I asked, 1) what if I do t apply to phd program and received 15 unchanging, and 2) what would life be like if I received phd and received 50.3.4.6 changing to 7

all comments and replies as well as private messages were very helpful and varied.

While some viewed my questions being the same others urged me to continue the exploration

I was asked, why have you know asked the obvious question " should I apply to the phd program?"

While that question is on my mind I had understood that yes/no questions were not the best form of question to ask.

I have now asked this very question - should I apply to the phd program?

I received 3.3.5 changing to 36

Hex 3 - I see as new growth (sprouting) but 36 - darkening of the light or brightness hiding?

I'm not sure what this is saying and when taking in the responses of my first two questions - I feel I'm receiving a "no" to the current question

Any thoughts and interpretations are most welcome.

Hi, I think you need to ask about the phd program you would like to apply. You need a guide. Also, I think you don't have the patience for phd. Look inside you, there is the truth 36.. Do you really want to apply for phd? I guess not.

Because I have read your previous threads I have a sense that the relating figure of Hexagram 36 is referring to the "wounding" that you received by listening to people on this forum who misread your castings because they did not have enough information. I believe that the "sprouting" of your dream to pursue this PhD was "wounded". Why are you doubting your dream?
