I've only just started a new job but already things look like they are going to the wall due to bad management.
32: 'Lasting, creating success.
Not a mistake.
Constancy bears fruit,
Fruitful to have a direction to go.'

Seems to suggest I could stick this out if my integrity doesn't come under fire. It has been a great learning experience where I am, but we are all feeling compromised. Fruitful to have a direction to go? Well, I'm already looking for another job.

Lines:
The third line, undivided, shows one who does not continuously maintain his virtue. There are those who will impute this to him as a disgrace. However firm he may be, there will be ground for regret.
-- this sounds like the boss who is ruining the organization before it has even got off the ground.

The fourth line, undivided, shows a field where there is no game.
--This sounds like the organization has no future, at least where I'm concerned.

And it's the second time recently that the Army has come up as the result. I take this as mobilizing my troops to move on soon.

Any other interpretations, or something I'm missing?

32 3.4. >7 About my future in a dodgy-seeming job?

Hi Danubegal,

"About my future in a dodgy-seeming job?"

32.3.4 to 7 ~ "Sleep with your boots on, and be prepared for a longer march than expected."

It sounds like you're doing all the right things ~ and, if you do find a way out, take it ~ but, temper your expectations for a marathon, as opposed to a sprint ~ it might take a while before you can reposition yourself (line 4, in the hunt there is no game)?

I hope this helps, and good luck!

This reading was spot on. There was indeed 'no game in the field' and the nasty Director of the school had been planning to get rid of all the native English speakers anyway as he found us too progressive, when he just wanted us to follow a very bad textbook and use no creativity. We all left after the first term, and I got my old job back- well for at least 1.5 years!
