Hi everyone,

I have been posting many threads about my career and every time got kind help interpret readings about some moves to get out of the hole. Well you were right and Yi too, it wasn't going to work (remember those series of 51 and 24?). The situation reachs the bottom and becomes unbearable.

Yi answered then my question about changing my job by 33 unchanging.
It says: The Superior Person avoids the petty and superficial by keeping shallow men at a distance, not in anger but with dignity.

Is it a big go away, or just leave it for now since you can't see a solution?
What is the superficial here? Who are the shallow men?

Could it be: retreat from the idea of changing jobs?

The Judgement text talks about being successful in persevering only in small things. Changing jobs does not seem like a small thing to me.
If you replace the word people with ideas in the text of the Image, I think you get a good idea of what the advice is.

That is it! the idea of persevering in small things!
I couldn't understand why the anger.
Why would I be angry stop thinking about quitting? The opposite is true, I am glad there are still chances. But perseverance through small actions mean staying in the unwanted for longer time, impatience pushes to big actions in hope to escape.
