35.1.2.3.6>34 Asking about natural talents and career after license old job

I am lost about what my natural talents to contribute to society even in a general sense would be. I am licensed from a gov job (not working for 2 years) that didn't fulfill me and I think I was not contributing at all to society plus not being good at it. It was a legal small details type of slow paced job.

So I asked I ching what or where are my real career talents or which path career wise or area I should invest or direct to now that I can try and restart again looking for a job and I got this 35 with lines 1,2,3,6 changing to 34 Great Power.

Can somebody help me understand how this fit if I am feeling totally powerless right now and with no real skills that a strong authority job would require (plus being an average strenght wise woman)?

I mean what job would 35 changing to 34 means?

For this kind of question, my experience is that it's better to use life-reading techniques as BaZi, Zi Wei Dou Shou or even Qi Men Dun Jia rather than Yijing.

Thanks Sixth Relative. Would 35 to 34 suggests I should change to a more dynamic or male field? I am not acquainted with Bazi, would you recommend any site or book? Thanks!
