It's always best to assume that IC is talking to you about you....

37 and the changing lines all indicate doing inner work -- developing your own sense of self and establishing inner discipline rather than wondering, wishing, worrying about this other person and what he's about. You cannot make him change, but you can make it worth his while to change as you grow in strength. Or, find yourself with someone better suited to a relationship with you...

5 indicates a time of waiting. Change (both in yourself and others) is slow. You can't push the river.
