There's been a delay (for the owners of the house I'm to be caretaking for, for the next 12 months) in moving to their newly bought house.
The previous owners are saying they've COVID in this 11th hour, and will have to delay leaving the property. The delay could actually turn into pulling out of the deal and staying put while they look for another property to buy.
They are conspiracy theorists who believe the previous owners are trying to dupe them in some way...
I can still take up the accommodation for the caretaking but it means we'll be living in slightly close quarters that neither of us wants, particularly me.
What is probability they will move to the property by the end of next week
38.1.2>35

Line 1 - they're probably overreacting to the situation with no real proof and need to just wait.
Line 2 - they'll be a chat, probably via the phone or internet that sorts it out.

An Opposing situation that does turn into Advancing things - still doesn't tell me whether they're moving or not but it seems like there's progress or something gets sorted out.

38. represents siblings who live under the same roof although their life paths are very different and 35. Progress is a fortunate hexagram so if things don't get sorted out as you are now hoping, I would read this answer as encouraging even if you do end up having to share living space for a bit.

I agree with Rosada. Don't chase after (worry about) this "hateful" situation. If you do have to meet them in a (literally) narrow street, it's somehow not wrong. 35 may be a fair amount of bother - all that horse breeding to do - but it's really a gift and opportunity. It's a good direction for 38 to move in.
