38.1.2 >35 (relationship) and 13.5 >30

it would be really nice if you could help me with your opinions on hex 38.1.2 turning to 35.1.2? (I am not 100% sure if it was 35.1.2>38.1.2 or 38.1.2>35.1.2)
It's about a relationship, that is more or less impossible to establish because of outer circumstances, but there is a lot of attraction. It seems to be quite clear --> it says, stay patient and easy going.
Based on your experiences, would you say the outlook on the relationship is more positive, more negative or unpredictable? Another cast I had on this topic, shortly before, was 13.5 > 30.

38 is not good for relationships. Given 38, 35 is a hit and quit relationship in this context or someone wants the relationship to mature too soon. Line 1 in 38 can mean the person does what you want but I've also had it when someone better comes along after the subject of the query has left. I've got line 2 when I learned something important about that person that changed things significantly. Best wishes
