45 Unchanging - What do I need to know about work this week

Hi all

This is a fairly common question I ask however at the moment I have a huge number of irons in the fire or I a looking at them as healthy shrubs.

Last week I was waiting on a client that pays monthly and didn't get the payment and was not able to do some of the things I needed to do. He always pays but is always late and this time he is very late. I will be taking measures to ensure that this doesn't happen again. I am going insist he pays in advance.

Saying this the Yi gave me hex 5 and was basically saying wait it, of which i did and gave me to time to reflect. This whole year has really been about disciplining the devils country and getting things in order or coming together.

On the whole I have a large real estate website that has taken all year to build just about to be launched, my fiance's uncle wants me to be inducted on the 19th into a group similar to freemasonry its a world wide organisation, he is actually the founder, they have nearly 2 million members in the Philippines alone. There is a huge opportunity for networking, I will just say that without going into too much details.

In relation to the real estate site a wealthy lady who is an international real estate agent and close friend of the family here, i believe wants to be involved possibly by the way of an investor. She also offered us both free accommodation in France next year.
She has also offered to help us on some other matters which i may ask about in another thread, legal matters.

I have also partnered up with an experience internet marketer in the US so this market is now open. I also have plans to increase my client base in Australia significantly next year as well.
This year i have really sharpened my tools and my skills are quite good now or to say i am confident in them.
If I were a blacksmith i would have no fear of being kicked.
So i guess you may see why 45 Unchanging.

Just lately I have been having vivid dreams about work, one where i was teaching my skills and one just now about working in a large office. In the dream i wasnt the boss however i was in a authoritative position and had brought in some very good salesman one of which was a friend of mine who is dead, one was an ex co worker who was a good salesman and the other was someone i dont know but kind of i did and his name was Maclachlan. I have little idea what these dreams mean however they all had a positive and authoritative feeling to them.

I cant help but think I have 45 going on in a deeper level as opposed to just pulling all these things
together, I have changed quite alot since i left Australia and look different as well, much healthier and have lost weight better complexion. I am planning on getting an office again next year as well.

So what I am saying is when I asked the question about what i needed to know about work next week. I couldnt help but think there is something bigger that is going on with my psyche or personality or something.

To be honest I feel next week will be the start of a brand new journey. I cant help but think all these things are connected to this reading and its unchanging. I believe the Yi is being direct and really telling me something here but am unsure what exactly. To be honest i dont want to miss it.

I am becoming a much more responsible person than I was in Australia although I was surrounded by energy vampires there. I felt could not develop into who or what I should be doing and knew that. I feel I am on the correct path for now.
Any ideas what 45 is telling me here exactly?

I was reading more on the hex and it can be an integration of complexes leading to hexagram 46 which is even more energy going outward and 45 is inward energy. This is kind of making sense as I pull everything together physically and psychologically creating energy then 46 could be like a release of the energy so you could think of 45 as the seed and 46 as the new growth.
Then it actually is something new transformed.
In a more literal sense 45 could be the baby in the womb that's been created and 46 the actual birth.

I would still like outside input so I am getting this completely.

45 is a gathering of elites, which must be properly and righteously led, like grasses flourishing around a marsh (because marsh upper / earth lower trigram, so water is irrigating the soil). So I'd say you've got lots of healthy shrubs.

In 45 there is smooth progress. We've got a couple of important personalities (the king arrives at the temple, advantageous to see the great lord), just like in your case (the founder of the mason-like organisation, the experienced internet marketer). We've got "worship with a ceremonial sacrifice" (your induction) which is "auspicious".

I've seen 45 refer to a "company" many times. Of course there's a footnote warning us to be prepared for possible conflict, as obviously when lots of people/factors gather together, great leadership is required so that they don't end up in disorder. In short, I believe 45 shows that you're totally on the right track with your business, and the best you can do this week is to aim for gathering of people and resources. I wouldn't characterise the next hexagram 46 as 'birth', as 46 is very slow progress in getting over something.

If you're not sure if the answer refers to your question about work, or to deeper inner matters, I'd suggest asking a follow-up question, e.g. "what is currently the situation in my inner being", or however you prefer to phrase it.

Many thanks Steve. On Hex 45 I'd like to offer the following points:
• Water gathering on the earth - a gradual process of gathering and HOLDING vital components.
• Hex 45 incorporates Gathering Together on may levels - relationships, confidence, will power, personal qualities, group allegiance - obedience - conformity, faithfulness to a path, sincerity. It also includes issues relating to the loss of any of these elements.
• Its nuclear hexagram is 53, Gradual Progress - this is the essence of Gathering Together. Gathering Together cannot be accomplished without Gradual Progress.
• Top yin can be seen as an element entering the mouth and about to be assimilated with the store of yins below. It can also be seen as an element that is about to be ejected or lost.

The individual lines of the hexagram could be said to represent the various stages of losing and regaining one's direction in the process of Gathering Together. The hexagram can, and does, refer to specific items but it is more concerned with our loss of balance/stability on losing these items and with helping us to regain any lost balance/stability.

With regards to your progress at work I'd say that this answer is simply urging you to maintain your self-assurance and confidence without excess.
