I've been wanting to get rid of stubborn fat on my belly for a looooong time. It's annoying because in my line of work I need to be pretty fit and toned.

I do exercise etc. with a personal trainer I'm in decent shape. I want to try this new treatment that supposedly breaks down fat and you pee it out over 2 months.

So I asked the Yi: "What are the consequences of having this treatment?"

I got 48.2.5 > 15

Could lines 2 and 5 in the context of my question be suggestive of the treatment breaking down my fat and expelling it and 15 the image of me shrinking down a tad?! (i.e 15 being a "modest" result")

I know it's a very stupid and vain question to ask the Yi - but any interpretations would be appreciated. :)

Wow - is this that technique where they freeze the fat cells? I've always wondered if that really works. I think the reading is very positive. Let us know!!! Maybe we could get a group rate...

Instead just

I'm very biased here, having lost about 18 kgs of weight doing nothing!
It's very easy to lose fat - stop eating refined sugar in any form (cookies, pies, beer, cola, jam, syrup etc.).
If you need to lose more - try eating only raw fruits or make juices out of them.
Body switches to fat-burning mode and also into cleaning-and-repair mode.

Or as Yi advises - and it's the fastest method - water fasting for a few days, or a week (300-700g a day weight loss).
The belly just shrinks by itself.

My Dad is not as young as me - the effects were the same.

Pee out the fat.... okay I don't even need to look at the hexagrams but it sounds pretty bullsh.. to me haha -_-
yes the hexagrams are telling you it's not working (modest result like you suggested)
If you really want to cut down the fat, the easiest method is following a low-carb diet, plus exercise to fasten up the process and keep your cholesterol level in check. You can google about the diet and try to follow it.

Another method is called cleansing the body using citric juice, which can make you lose about 5-6kg in a week. I read about that somewhere, but you need to follow it very closely, or else you will have malnutrition problems, it's best to have a pro to guide you.

Haha thanks guys. Well to be honest - I'm pretty informed about dieting - low carb, right proteins, no sugar etc. not eating past 7pm - I have a very good diet aside from too much coffee!! (which I have with oat milk and no sugar) ... but sometimes genetics are a bi*ch. I'm so sick of this tiny stubborn bit of belly that won't budge!!! :p

I promised myself I would never resort to silly treatments without trying my hardest to do it naturally. Anyway... I'll keep you updated. :-D
