hello. i would like to ask your opinion on this. i have asked about entering a coaching program (seems interesting but is quite expensive).
the hexagram speaks about radical change and "
As words of radical change draw near three times,cThere is truth and confidence.'"

i take it as a yes, ie go try it and it will bring change and confidence?

Maybe the words going around three times refers to the actual coaching and then 17. could mean following the advice until ultimately you can feel and follow your own inner guidance. I do think it is a positive response. Maybe a caution there to be sure to actually show up for the coaching and apply the suggestions.
