50.3.6>40 Job question

Hi all.In my current job for 2 years. I feel there is no more growth for me here.I am very interested in a job for another company.I have not send in my resume yet.I asked IChing.What happens if i apply the job in company X?Hexagram 50.3.6 to 40.Line 3I really do feel nobody recognise my work and give credit to me though i always hit target and perform well.Line 6Am i the precious jade?Will i be able to get the new job?Please help.Thank you.

What happens if i apply the job in company X? 50.3.6 > 40
Maybe company X won't recognise your value (50.3) and you'll be left with your value but without a job (50.6). Maybe your current company will find out and will get rid of you (40).

For job questions, I find it highly useful to NOT ask "will I get it" before you've even sent your CV.
But instead, to ask "what style/attitude is the best to use in my CV and cover letter"?
Then, after you've styled it appropriately and sent it, only then ask if you'll get an interview.
Then ask about "what style/attitude is the best to have in my interview"?
And only then, after the interview, ask "will I get it".
Asking so early in the process is way too obscure.

In a cheerful tone. Show you're a friendly person, very happy with your life.
Don't let it show at all that you are unhappy at your current job, on the contrary.
Do not show any stress whatsoever.

Let it shine through that you're not applying out of need - but out of desire for progress.
Show richness and cheerfulness, and of course that you'd be delighted to work there.
