Hi,
New to the community.
Would love your help!

A woman and I recently broke up, after a very intense relationship with extreme highs and lows.

It looks like she started dating another man, immediately after we broke up.

I can't tell if she's trying to make me jealous, or if she's really moved on so quickly.

I was thinking about how to proceed...
Either just stop contact for a while, or write her a letter about how I feel, or move on, etc...

So I asked, "How should i proceed with my relationship with (name)?"

The "high voltage" statement is an understatement...
She is extremely volatile, and that's partially why I'm so incredibly drawn to her.
Just not sure if she's good for me either.

The "surprise her" statement strikes a chord too.
She would enjoy the attention.

Anyway, I will reflect on this.
