ok, I've just started volunteering for a foundation that is looking for a new project to back and I found them one and tomorrow I need to contact the project to see how and what the foundation can do for them. The thing is that the project is run by fairly leftist people and the foundation has links to fairly rightist activities.... I'm not sure if this will be a concern but I asked:

how will the main dude receive my communication and offer of support for their project

52.1 > 22

He wont respond? he will not move on it

It is saying to go with your feeling on this. Wordly affairs (left vs right) cannot interfere if this is the right thing. If it it isn't right, it won't be accepted. Even with that possibility in mind... move forward if you feel it is right.

Hexagram 22 suggests that once you do make that step that the focus will not be as much on the suggestion that you make as the fact that you made it in the first place. Your initiative in doing so will be noteworthy in and of itself.

, my initial feeling was that is was the the project for us, but now, when I'm supposed to be contact the projects lead guy, I'm reeling with what ifs and the anxiety of uncertainty.

But I'm going to have to take the initiative now because I said I would. So there is no turning back really. I guess I'll know soon enough if its right. :bag:

no it didn't, i have a thread about it in reading circle with all the details. In the end they went with a safe option. I stepped back from being involved with them.

Oh I should say that initially all went well, its was the foundation who changed their mind when push came to shove.

the reading turned out to be a yes... so yes

but later the foundation did a 180 on the dude (orginally at the point of what I asked the above in this post I thought it would be the other way around.)

but in terms of 52.1 > 22 he was curious as to the ins and outs but otherwise extremely welcoming and excited.

It sure looks as though the fan yao of 52.1: 22.1, discloses the outcome, or else it's just coincidence. But 'he leaves the carriage and walks' sounds pretty accurate. Seeing the seed of that in 52.1 kinda says it would mean a long haul deal, probable complications, and be a high maintenance account/carriage. Who saw whom that way, I dunno, but that out of phase energy would be going on. (note Bradford's use of this term "out of phase" in 52.1)

Oh.. except one thing. 22.1 would actually reflect the opposite, in the sense that dismissing the carriage and walking is not being still.

Recently this community group put a call out for volunteers and I put my hand up. they are keen to have me work with them but they are still sorting things out so neither of us know how I can or will actually help so I asked yi after recieving an email from them, show me a pic of what this would entail, where it could lead:

During this lapse in time I certainly have been keeping still and hiding my light. I guess like the lines suggest I'm finally at the end of keeping still, I've really wated to work with this group all along. I'm seeing 36 as being behind the scenes maybe, I guess really I would be supporting them somehow. Maybe even on my own at home because a lot of the help they need can be done via computer/remotely.

But I always am a little disappointed when I see 36, because of the connection to woundedness... (although I live in a house that's no. 36.)

If anyone is interested or has thoughts, esp. for 36 either being context or outcome, or what 52 means in aplication, being someone stable maybe?
