54.1 > 40 Should I continue to date him?

Hi friends,
It's been a while since I've been here. All I needed was a new man in my life to bring me back, lol!

I've been dating a guy for about 7 weeks. I recently had a lot of stress and change in my life, lots of endings and new beginnings including the death of my mother, leaving a job I was at for 7 years, and moving to a new country! When we first met nearly 3 months ago, I had some heavy energy and was a bit stand-offish and turned down invitations to hang out. He kept pursuing though and we've been on some nice dates. Despite my heavy energy I've not laid my burdens on him and I try to just enjoy our time together. But I feel something is missing.

When we are together he seems *all in*, he compliments me a ton, is very affectionate, asks when he can see me again, etc. But at times it feels like all talk because days, even weeks go by and we don't make plans to see each other. He has also complained that I don't contact him enough so this week I tried to reach out to him more.

Anyway, the question I asked Yi is Should I continue to date him?

Hex 54.1 Marrying Maiden

Oof, I never love seeing 54 lol. I've seen some say it can mean he's involved with someone else, but I've gotten it before in relationship readings where I'm certain there was not anyone else, and I'm pretty sure he's not dating anyone because I live in a very small town...everybody knows EVERYTHING here and I think I would know.

sooo...any insight in regards to my question would be appreciated.

Hi openheart, I am so sorry to hear about your mother, my condolences. I can only imagine the changes you must have been through but it seems your life is rearranging itself.
I read something about HEX 54 and careful affection, the type that is channeled in the right way. You've been through a lot and maybe insecurities are kicking in here as well but what I understand is your concern over the fact that he does not make plans are valid.
Have you shared your story with this guy? In my view he could want to take it slower realizing you're just settling down - the limping of the 54.1 could be you readjusting to everything. Maybe it urges you to take it slowly, make use of the available resources and just bide your time - in the end the oracle promises good fortune.
I would take it as an indication that even of the situation is not brilliant...its not bad or concerning either. Just have a little patience, after all you are enjoying your time. if I received that line I would still date the guy.Good luck

Might I suggest that the 54.1 Marrying Maiden is about the unevenness in this new relationship ... he's all in and you're still dealing with heavy energy etc. The 40 release could mean that actually you should just enjoy dating him. At some point rain has to be released from thunder clouds. Not sure you should treat this as a major new relationship but maybe just a chance to move on.
