What is the significance of the dream I had, especially with B involved in the pic?

Im getting to know someone again, and I had this rather disturbing dream in which the person Im getting to know is wanting to talk to me about something and I come across his and B (his first love) coneversations, it gave me the feeling that he liked her or she liked him or they liked each other. I cant remember, all i remember is waking up with a feeling of uneasiness. I dont know if this reflects the insecurity I have always had, but not trying to have with regards to B. Last evening though, I did think of B and how much she meant to him. And I think the thoughts must have seeped into my dream.
