Hello all hope you are well
I have a matter that has bugging me for ages, I do have a business partner I have also been friends with him for a while also like 5 years maybe 6
I went into business with about 2 & a half years ago, he hasnt been the best partner in the world, he did buy into my business but has done nothing to make it work and has probably drawn half as much as he has put in.
He is someone that is inconsistent and tends change things without real thought and in the past has moved the goal post to suit himself, i do like the guy but he can be very selfish.
I am sought of confused because he is a long term friend and did invest in my ideas where maybe allot of people would not of
but to be honest he is not the ideal working business partner but could be a great silent partner.
My business is most likey going to make quite a bit of money relatively speaking and he has even admitted that he has not put in the effort he should have these years.
I feel he will expect half or the same as me if it does make it big , i have mixed feeling about this.
However I just asked what do I need to know about him and his relatioship with the business.
I think 53.3 is the pain of the but side of him (maybe) is 55.4 telling me he does have qualities that i havent seen and we could work together as maybe he could offer some type of energy but I would be the one with the wisdom because he has not payed to attention at all as to how this business works.
At the end of the day i think technically I would be smarter than him but i mean he has skills i dont
bit confused I just wish I knew where i stood with it all
would appreciate any help with this one
