A friend asked me if i could ask the Yi if she is pregnant.
She is feeling very tired and nauseous.

She was doubtful wether she wants of not to have another child.

The Yi answered 58.1.4.5 > 7

Her test came negative BUT she realized she wants to have another baby.

So just so I understand, you want to see how the reading can be translated with the pregnancy in mind even though the test was negative and she is not pregnant?

My interptation was that she is gathering all elements (her foreign boyfriend is coming to live with her in a month) and she opened up (58) to the idea of having another child.
I wrote it here as it could be helpful for somebody who get the same reading.
58.1 - she felt joyous with the IDEA of being pregnant.
58.4 - INDECISIVE JOY NOT PEACEFUL. WHEN RID OF SICKNESS, HAVE SATISFACTION. Awareness brings healing.
Basically the awareness of the fact she could and would like to be pregnant brought her peace.
58.5 - here i am not sure. She isn't feeling very well physically. It could be pointing out to the fact she has to understand what is going on with herself...
