I think Bradford nailed 59.6.
(Your mailbox is full)

Two months ago I was driving my teenage daughter to school.
I had worked late the night before and had less than four hours sleep. My daughter had been extra teenagery as of late, being grouchy and rude at times to everyone. As we drove, I tried to engage her in conversation several times. She folded her arms and glared at me with a look that could have peeled paint off of the wall. I thought, 'enough of this' I pulled the car over and yelled for her to get out and walk to school. (I've probably yelled at her five times in her life) She got out and I immediately felt like a pile of dung. She did not go to school that day and had her mother and I greatly worried. Desperately, I asked how to fix this problem.
The answer was 59.6
Bradford: 'Dispersing one's hot-bloodedness'.

Yes, it was not bright of me.
I decided that it would not happen again.
Two days later we made up, and both laughed at the situation.
I promised never to kick her out of the car again,
and she promised to work on being more communicative and less grouchy.

An illuminating example of 59.6. (I was going to say "good" example, but...)

I'm glad things are patched up. Try not to worry too much. We all yell sometimes or say things we regret.

the opposite of hot is chill
the forebrain is useful for this
sometimes the distance we need
is just from one to ten,
breathing all the while
