son is 24 and has been going for a rough patch for almost 3 yrs now. I asked today "How can I help my son?" and Yi's answer is 6.2.4 to 20.

You can help him, first of all, by stopping all arguing with him (6.2 and 6.4)
Instead, be a respectful role-model for him, be there for advice if and when he asks for it (20).
