I currently rent a house that the owners want to sell.

I have tried to be cooperative with them but they just keep getting more pushy with their demands.

They have disrupted my life for the past month and it looks like i have another month to put up with it. Phone calls at work pestering me and several times a week having to leave early from work or something to unlock something for them. or let people in the house A property management place is supposed to be handling things but these owners just think they can come over whenever they feel like it. They really are supposed to give advanced notice but lately they just call the day before and tell me they are coming and not bothering to ask. I asked out of my lease and they said no as they need the money.

It got so bad with the phone calls today I called the property manager and asked her to talk to them to quit pestering me. They had the nerve to ask me to take off work so they could send people over to photograph the house.

I asked the yi what I should do about the owners of the house

I got 6.2.5

Line 2 seems to say to back down from the conflict as I won't win against them

Line 5 seems to say get a third party involved.

I have another house to move to and I can have it a month early but I really don't want to pay double rent for a month.

I asked the yi about just moving out early and being done with it

I got

22.3 to 27

Line 3 seems to say it would be a good idea

Hi yes a bad situation, i have actually been there myself although not that bad
I think you have read the reading quite right also

I had 6.5 also the other week, but in this case it does appear to me at least quite clear
Yes you need a judge ,who it appears will rule in your favour according to the lines
You need to talk to your real estate agent i think they would be the third party in the reading. These are why u need a property manger instead of going into private rentals i believe.
This is the down side, so on the positive side it appears you do have a lease.
I dont know what country your in, but these people cant have it both ways. The way i see it is speak to the property manager firmly because from what you are telling me its them who are breaking the terms and conditions.

They either come on an allocated and agreed times or they let you out of the lease. You need to know what your rights are, I wouldnt feel intimitated on any emotinal level as this is business and you have somewhere to go, so they dont hold the cards so to speak.
They are obviously looking after themselves. They want to sell the house but on the same token you are not their slave because you lease a house from them and it sounds like they are going way way over the boundaries

6 is usually or allot of the time a legal hex or comes up allot when these types of issues arise if there is conflict

In regard to the second reading I think its quite obvious you should move under the circumstances so possibly you could push the issue of needing to move and let them do their thing and they will have to take the loss of income. In the end I believe they will be given an ultimatum and most likely let you out because if they cant get the access they need then they wont sell the house, sound like they are in a hurry to sell
So be firm with the property manager because if they have broken the lease then they could be up for costs.

Good Luck, dont envy you at the moment

If you can't feel relaxed and at ease in your own home (which is a sacred thing imo) as well as your work then it really does sound like a total nightmare - many sympathies.

Overall, to reiterate what Steve highlighted, I would seek resolution and get away from this situation as 6.5 and 22.3 seem to suggest. The third party aspect of 6 might mean exactly that - cutting your losses and seeking piece of mind. Okay, you might pay more money but you're paying for your sanity. Sounds like it's worth it to me. 22.3: A simple, no fuss, change of direction that has some grace and finesse, leading to 27 - nourish yourself.

Thanks for the replies. :bows:

I wrote asking to be let out of my lease and told them they were being unfair to me. I sent to both the property manager and the owners.

No response at all.

I got more calls and texts from the owners at work which I ignored.

I'm going to check my finances and pick a date and go to my new place early.
