an agent just called me to ask if I’d like to apply for this property so I think they must be desperate for someone to take meaning I’d likely get it.
I inspected many properties over the weekend and only one or two didn’t have mould. This one I wasn’t sure about as there was no visible mould, only a little on the windows, near the kitchen sink which is to be expected. It seemed well maintained but it’s impossible to know if they just cleaned it really well with bleach which would mean the problem would be exacerbated even though undetectable.
I’m too overwhelmed and brain dead at this point to make sense of anything so any input appreciate
I’m basically homeless and I’m also unsure of how I would afford this property as I am fighting to get the bond back from my previous rental.
