I have no ideas for this one at all.

but trying to turn it into something else.
You should plan for life without it, and then if it comes,

Hex 61.1 you should not rely on others, so don't built your hopes up; you should be self reliant, make do with what you have. So prepare yourself.

Hex 59 dispersion, scattering, an obstacle needs to be cleared away. So don't expect anything because it seems that you have created a barrier between yourself and the others, perhaps only working for the money and not for the general good of the company. People do notice your attitude, so are you the obstacle to getting a bonus?

To presume/claim
more/the extra (ie, the bonus)

These bonuses were based on last years performance reviews so I suppose technically it would be last year's bonus paid in the first quarter of this year. Maybe I asked the wrong question? If there are any bonuses everyone on the team would get one.

So I won't plan on getting one. I was going by company rumours from some higher ups that said we would be getting one.

My attitude is bad right now. Nearly my entire department has quit because of the lack of pay and disrespect. Myself and 2 other people are the only ones left of a team of 12. The director was asked to leave last week.

Just to be clear, for the record,
I personally am not saying that no bonus is coming.
Only that it's not the optimum attitude to expect one.
The self-sufficiency that others have mentioned is part
of the meaning here, but not all of it.
Part of it is advice to not count your eggs as chickens.
Part is to not get the habit of taking others for granted, or to
assume that they owe something that needs to be voluntary.
That part's more in line with the Gua theme.
You are responsible for your perspective. That is where
you can find your sufficiency, dignity, peace and security.
