63 all changing to 64. Daughter moving on

Having had problems selling my house my 22 year old daughter (she is registered mentally disabled) has said she wants too e out and has found a rather unsuitable flat but is asking my advise. Difficult as on one hand it is great for her to be taking life into her own hands but on the other she is vulnerable - and the place is expensive and she would have to have her beloved dog re homed
Got 63 all changing to 64. Very odd as I got 63 myself and then again with moving lines 4 and 6 for my own decision on house move.
Has anyone got any thoughts on this. Am getting a sense of movement in the readings but it is not clear to where

Hi, you might want to give us the exact question you asked, that usually helps in interpreting it better. It's interesting you got 63 with all moving lines. When you have all changing lines you can just focus on the hexagrams. 63 can mean completion of something, harmony, balance, already across, but all of this needs a goal because after time there is disorder. 64 can be a new beginning, a time to put effort on your undertakings, working hard, not being impatient to get across. So yeah, your daughter might feel complete after having her own place but will require a big effort to live on her own, but it is possible, it is doable, I think it just requires great work.
