7.1 The army without a leader?

I was watching a video describing tensions mounting between the soldiers in the Russian army due to their not having a strong sense of a unifying purpose or direct connection to their leaders or person to be following. It reminded me of the experience described in 7.1 where the army is in shambles. 7.1 changes to 19. with it's warning that "reaching an end in the eighth month means a pitfall." October is the 8th month since this war started and we're really seeing how setting out without mutual goals commiserate with the strength of the army leads to pitfalls.
Anyway interesting to me to see if one can predict how things are going to unfold by attempting to identify a hexagram pattern in a situation without consulting the oracle.
