Hi All

I re-phrased my question " what is the best way to clear up this situation with G"

I recived 7.6>4 It seems that a victory is won what do you think the oracle means when it talks about the inferior men

Its hard to do your own readings sometimes other times its clear as a bell

Inferior People Should Not Be Employed

Hi All

Hexagram 7 says to organize yourself, and Line 6 reminds you that Inferior People Should Not Be Employed! You should have a pretty good idea what that means at this point.

Where you are at right now is Hexagram 4, Juvenile Ignorance. You have made a mistake that a young person (inexperienced person) would make. Now organize yourself going forward.

Line 6 is a reminder that when staffing a job, when something important needs to be done, that the cheapest or most convenient labor is probably NOT the best choice. Look at the important jobs the Prince has to do:

The Great Prince issues commands, founds states, vests families with fiefs. Inferior people should not be employed

Obviously, he needs people to help him with this. He won the business (like winning a war), but he needs talent in all these other areas to get these jobs done. So don't hire inferior people when you need an important job done!;)

Best

Hi Tiger

Yes I see,,The thing was the guy works in my industry and did lead me to believe he was competent anyway perhaps I should just ask am "I going to be able get my money back from G."
That what I really want to know I think as I cant seem him completing the job how ever he might if he thinks he may have to go to court (stranger things have happened)

thanks Tiger

To me it means that if he finishes the job, just make sure he gets paid and let that be it. Don't give him any permanent place or position -- or hire him for any other jobs -- because the guy is a pain in the neck to work with. He may do the most marvelous work, but that doesn't matter. He sabotages your efforts to keep the projects on track due to his lack of good communication skills.
