In a situation I found myself in today with a person whom am very fond of . It’s not so much that I reacted badly as such but more that it was an emotional trigger .. I could just feel myself getting upset and almost giving up so I didn’t say anything just exited the situation quickly but probably looked a bit upset :vulnerable. Any way I would like to repair myself and the situation as am due to meet this person again in a few days at a public event . So I asked yi how can I best repair myself and the situation . First time I ever asked a two tiered question . I cant make out the answer except the no jnv lines seem very positive and live 5serma to be suggesting to look at the bigger picture , maybe that means the overall relationship not just today would love any insights please

8.1 Give yourself a hug.
8.4 Give the other person a hug. (well, maybe not a hug, but mentally wish them well.)
17. Focus on the future, not the past and get a good night's sleep before you see them again.
