Hello everyone,
Yet again I have decided to turn to your wisdom on another Repeated Yi Classic (see, I tend to get repeated answers over a period of time no matter what the question... 24.1>2 being a perticularly persistent one).
This time it is 8.5>2.
So far, it's come up as an answer to a set of different questions, like for instance:
a) future of a collaborative art project I've been working on for a while;
b) why am I feeling this way (=insecure, longing to trust and love freely);
c) what happens when we go away together;
and then it gets slightly more weird:
d) "I accept the highest form of nourishment there is for me"
e) "(swear word) you, so&so!" (out of sheer frustration, not because I meant it, ok)
What I find most confusing is that Wilhelm states:
...But such holding together calls for a central figure around whom other persons may unite. To become a centre of influence holding people together is a grave matter and fraught with great responsibility. it requires greatness of spirit, consistency, and strength. Therefore let him who wishes to gather others about him ask himself whether he is equal to the undertaking...
Yet LiSe says:
...To prevent fights, a neutral voice is needed, a voice from the gods. Not one summoned by sacrifices, which brings good fortune, but one summoned by a question, bringing an answer...
Who is in charge here, then? With one monster of a controlling tendency I need to keep in check on a daily basis, I hope LiSe's right, and I need to turn the situation over, and over, to the great Powers of the unknown... What do you reckon? That would go nicely with the changing line 5, I'm guessing - again, any fresh insight well and truly appreciated.
And what's up with the 2 as a repeated relating Hexagram? I don't think I like it that much, and would much rather have the Creative!..
